Notes: 1) Errors in original placement of data were not corrected. 2) Many ages were corrected,apparently by the enumerator. The corrected number was used. 3) Number of Family and Number of Dwelling columns were changed evidently at a later date. The new numbers were used here. 4) Standard state abreviations were used in place of the 3 or 4 letter abreviations used by the enumerator. 5) Birth months were transcribed as capitalized standard abreviations. 6) Luther Parker is listed twice on this page: line #39 with the Flannagin family as a boarder & inserted on line # 14 (not shown) with the Key family. Evidently Luther worked for one family as a farm hand and lived with the other as a boarder. Explanatory margin notes (not shown) are difficult to decifer. 7) Blotted out. Only the last three letters 'ald' are legible. 8) Some surnames and given names on this page were transposed. The order indicated by the instructions (surname, given name) was used here. 9) Name order on line #23 (Willam McLemore) was corrected in a different hand. 10) Lots of strike outs and over writes on this page, especially in the age column. 11) May be 'oo' or '00' or 'no'. 12) "Un": evidently "Unknown" 13) Originally transcribed as "Watham?".
