The corrected number was used. 3) Number of Family and Number of Dwelling columns were changed evidently at a later date. The new numbers were used here. 4) Standard state abreviations were used in place of the 3 or 4 letter abreviations used by the enumerator. 5) Birth months were transcribed as capitalized standard abreviations. 6) Originally shown as Jefferson S. Parker. (Also: Mancy, Zora?) The name order is reversed on the orignal document but has been retained so that the transcription may remain faithful to the original. The month and year of birth for Jefferson Parker are not listed on the census and so have been left blank above. There is also a mistake on my great grandfather Dist 78-11A Location: 164 166 It reads: Surname Jefferson given name S PARKER no month of birth It should be as follows: Surname PARKER given name Jefferson C. born Sep 1853 Also wifes name is NANCY instead of Mancy. Maiden name HENDERSON married 1. _______ TURNER 2. JEFFERSON CLEVELAND PARKER. The full name of the children are as follows, just for you info. 1. Mary Catherine "Cate" Parker she married Wm. Henry Richards 2. Thursey Jane Parker she married Pedro Blankenship 3. John James Joseph Jefferson Jackson "Jeffey" Parker (Don't ask me why so many) he died young. 4.
